RABEPRAZOLE 20 MG + DOMPERIDONE 30 MG CAPSULES
Rapebrazole is widely used to heal and prevent gastrointestinal (stomach and guts) disorders, which are caused due to abundance of stomach acid. It is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that is famed as an ulcer healing medicate and is much beneficial for curbing secretion and gastric from the stomach. It treats several acid related gastrointestinal states as well as cures stomach and intestinal ulcers. Managing gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) that is a condition in which acid makes a growth from the stomach into the esophagus with prodrome of acid regurgitation, heartburn and pain on swallowing.

PRINCIPLE FOR COMBINATION
Rabeprazole being the quickest acting PPI affords a fast relief from the hyper acid secretory states.
Domperidone as an anti-emetic amends the LES tone and enhances the gastric motility. The GERD patients who are not responding to Rabeprazole alone, gets the benefit from the combination of Rabeprazole and Domperidone.

INDICATIONS AND USAGES
- Hyper-acidity, Gerd, Regurgitation & Flatulence, Heart Burn &Reflux Oesophagitis, Gastric & Peptic Ulcer.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
- Digoxin and ketoconazole.
- Accompanying administration of anticholinergic medicates may drop-off the effect of domperidone.
