- Vitamin A : Vitamin A is a group of unsaturated nutritional organic compounds .it is important for growth and development, for the maintenance of the immune system and good vision. Vitamin A is needed by the retina of the eye in the form of retinal, which combines with protein opsin to form rhodopsin, the light-absorbing molecule necessary for both low-light (scotopic vision) and color vision.
- Vitamin B1 : Plays a key role in metabolism of carbohydrates, fat and protein. Essential for normal function of muscles, heart and nervous system.Promotes growth and good muscle tone.
- Vitamin B2 : Helps in the formation of antibodies and red blood cells helps maintain good vision, skin, nails, hair and alleviates eye fatigue.
- Vitamin B6 : Vitamin B6 helps the body make several neurotransmitters, chemicals that carry signals from one nerve cell to another. It is needed for normal brain development and function.
- Vitamin B12 : Vitamin B12 also helps prevent a type of anemia called megaloblastic anemia that makes people tired and weak.
- Vitamin C : Builds resistance to infection. Promotes in the prevention and treatment of the common cold helps iron absorption.
