Each uncoated tablet contains:

Paracetamol                          BP            325 mg

Diclofenac Sodium            BP                50mg

Caffeine Tablets                 BP                   30mg

Excipients               Q.S.

INDICATIONS

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal an-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammatory diseases. Paracetamol is an analgesic drug used alone or in combination with opioids as Antipain and an antipytric agent. Caffeine is a stimulant, analgesic drugs and agents used to increase alertness. Diclofenac Sodium, Paracetamol& Caffeine Tablets is mainly used in treatment of toothache ,muscle pain, fever & rheumatic pain. It is also used to treatment of headache, joint pain, body pain , muscle strain, viral fever, and joint stiffness.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It should not be used in

• Hypersensitivity against diclofenac, paracetamol & caffine.
• History of allergic reasons (bronchospasm, shock, rhinitis, urticaria) following the use of

Aspirin or another NSAID.

• Third-trimester pregnancy.
• Active stomach and/or duodenal ulceration or gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Inflammative intestinal disorders such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.
• Severe insufficiency of the heart (NYHA III/IV).
• Recently, a warning has been issued by FDA not to use to treat parents recovering from heart surgery.            
• Severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh Class C).
